The spring 2021 UWSP Opera Workshop production of "Don Impresario di Figaro: A Medley of Mozart Madness" will be directed by Associate Professor of Music Dr. Matthew Markham along with guest music director Dr. Kristin Ditlow from the University of New Mexico. The virtual production will include scenes from six different Mozart operas including: Il re pastore, Don Giovanni, Così fan tutte, Le nozze di Figaro, Die Zauberflöte, and The Impresario and will feature 23 UWSP voice students singing leading roles. Assistant Professor of Music Dr. Michael Butler will be the videographer for the production. "Don Impresario di Figaro" promises to bring humor, wit, drama, beautiful music, powerful storytelling, and exciting performances to the UWSP community at large and beyond.
