THE SIX-FINGERED WOMAN

Coping has its consequences.

*Staged Reading*

By Sophie McIntosh (Current BA Drama Major)

Directed by Tyler Marchant

June has agreed to let Hollywood makeup artist Talia Verbane use her injuries as a reference while designing her latest horror movie. Talia's daughter Rodi soon takes issue with this arrangement, especially after she and June become entangled in an emotional and revelatory relationship. The Six-Fingered Woman is a play about dependence, connection, and the ways we numb ourselves against reality.
