Frequently Asked Questions

How early should I arrive before an event?

The box office will open 1 hour prior to the start time listed on your ticket. It is recommended that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the event start time if you still need to purchase tickets or pick up tickets held in Will Call.

Where can I pick up my Will Call tickets?

Will Call tickets can be picked up any time after purchase at the Information and Ticket Desk located at the North end of the Dreyfus University Center until 1 hour prior to the event start time, when they will be brought to the venue by ticketing staff. The Box Office locations are as follows for the Steven's Point campus venues:

Noel Fine Arts Center: Across from the dean's office, beneath the large suspended staircase.

Quandt Fieldhouse: In what was formerly the Intramural and Outdoor Recreation Office near the South entrance, in front of the main entrance to the gymnasium.

Willett Ice Arena: At the Southwest entrance of the arena.

Why isn't the website allowing me to purchase Will Call tickets?

The Will Call option is removed one business day before the start of the event to insure that there is adequate time to print the tickets. Please select the E-Tickets option, which will allow you to print your tickets at home or access them via your mobile device.

The website is not allowing me to purchase certain ticket types (i.e. Student, Faculty, etc.)

Please sign in to your "@uwsp.edu" linked account to access student and faculty ticket prices. Students and faculty are limited to one ticket at the reduced price per event, and are required to present their valid UWSP ID with their ticket at the event.

How can I pay for my tickets?

We recommend that you purchase tickets online using your credit card and select our E-Ticket option to help us be more environmentally friendly at UWSP; however, if you would like to purchase tickets in person we accept cash, check, Point Cash, and all major credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express.

I'm bringing my child to an event, do they need a ticket?

Children who are sitting in a paying lap's adult are not required to have a ticket for entry to most events. Box Office staff reserve the right to require a ticket for children who appear 5 and older.

Can't find the event you're looking for? Please contact the Information and Ticket Desk: (715) 346-4100
